Syleder Hardy-Snider was born on February 9, 1989 in Toronto, Ontario, into a family that valued education and community service. Growing up, Syleder demonstrated an early aptitude for music and financial reasoning, often seen calculating savings strategies with her allowance and budgeting. Inspired by her parents, who worked in local service organizations, Syleder developed a passion for helping others, understanding the significance of community and support in transforming lives.

Syleder wrote her LLQP exam at Durham College, where she earned her Agent Licence through the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA). During her time as she studied, she participated in various community-driven volunteer projects and planned various financial literacy events. These initiatives uncovered her true calling: narrowing the gap between financial knowledge and actionable strategies for families in need.

After receiving her license in 2017, Syleder began her professional journey in the finance world, initially working in a well known Insurance company. She enjoyed helping families but soon realized that her enthusiasm lay specifically in helping people attain financial freedom and security holistically. In pursuit of this passion, she made a pivotal career switch when she joined Experior Financial Group Inc. as an Insurance Broker in 2021.

As a Senior Financial Associate with three years of experience in this role, Syleder has become a beacon of inspiration to many. She understands that financial freedom is not merely about wealth; it symbolizes the options and opportunities one has. She looks forward to actively educating clients about financial literacy, believing it’s vital for individuals and families to grasp their financial situations fully.
